These terms apply when you order from this site. They don’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ordering and payment
Ordering on this site is a request. We confirm stock and email you a secure payment link, normally within one business day. Nothing is charged until you pay the link. Your order ships once payment clears.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Pricing errors
If we find a pricing error, we tell you before you pay, and you can cancel at no cost.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders that include an inverter or battery. Delivery for parts-only orders is quoted before we send your payment link.
We deliver to your address; we don’t offer pick-up. We confirm the delivery date with you.
Check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, tell us within 2 business days, with photos: call 1300 DEYE AU (1300 339 328) or email office@everestenergy.com.au.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge any time before you pay the payment link. If you have paid and your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel for a full refund.
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, you can return goods within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return freight, and a 15% restocking fee applies.
Change-of-mind returns don’t apply to items we ordered in specially for you or to goods that have been installed.
Installation
Installation isn’t included. Inverters and batteries must be installed by a licensed electrician.
Warranty
Deye products carry Deye’s manufacturer warranty, on the terms in Deye’s warranty documents. Make warranty claims through us: call 1300 DEYE AU (1300 339 328) or email office@everestenergy.com.au.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Liability and governing law
Our liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
