Before you order

How do I order and pay?

Add your products to the cart, choose Checkout and enter your delivery details, then select Request order. We confirm stock and email you a secure payment link, normally within one business day. Nothing is charged until you pay the link. Your order ships once payment clears.

What is included in the price?

Prices include GST and cover the listed component. Inverter listings do not include batteries. An all-in-one inverter unit is also a separate component: its battery modules and PDU/base are sold separately. The Designer shows a complete preliminary parts breakdown. Delivery is free on inverter or battery orders and quoted for parts-only orders. Installation is separate.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is free when your order includes an inverter or battery, including orders with bases or accessories alongside them. For orders containing only bases or accessories, we quote delivery when we confirm your order. Enter your address and unloading details at checkout. Any installation is arranged separately.

Can you check that my parts work together?

Yes. Send the model numbers of your existing equipment and the products you’re considering. Our electricians can help check compatibility and installation requirements. A shared brand or power rating alone does not confirm compatibility.
